Our CNC cylinder head porting center uses computer control to accurately replicate Revolution’s best porting designs. The center can achieve 1/10,000-inch accuracy, resulting in a speed and precision that can’t be offered working by hand. This will help us to keep your costs down while delivering higher, more consistent quality work to you. The software driving the center can manipulate the port in increments not possible by hand. It can also compensate for core shift in the bare castings that can occur when the heads are manufactured. This allows a proper replication every time. Most other CNC systems can’t do this. Revolution is ready to handle all models. According to owner Brian Nallin, “We’re at the point where we can service any OEM Harley casting from Evo Big Twins, XL or Twin Cams.
