Forging quality as well as light weight can play a major role in overall performance as well as longevity. Revolution valves are manufactured to our exacting specifications by Ferrea Racing. Ferrea Racing is a company that has proven to be a bench mark in the performance community! Be sure and ask one of our staff about the new Hollow-Stem stainless steel valves! These valves have weights approaching that of titanium, but at roughly half of the cost! We have personally tested these valves in our AMA motors to over 9000 rpm without a failure!

These valve springs provide increased valve train stability even with today’s “fast ramp” camshafts; Beehive™ springs were engineered to maximize “harmonic resistance” through reduced mass and unique coil spacing. Revolution Peformance is expanding on its Hydro-Rev line of performance parts for 2006 with the addition of our forged 1.67 ratio roller rockers. 1.67 ratio? Through extensive testing on the engine dyno in our R&D facility we have found that some valve lift is lost through flex and movement in the valve train. This ratio helps to better insure that the appropriate amount of lift actually reaches the valve tip. As with all Hydro-Rev products they are warranteed for life!

Hydro-Rev™ Hydraulic Lifters Hydro-Rev Hydraulic Lifters photo

These lifters feaure a unique hydraulic anti-pump up race retainer designed to precisely limit plunger travel and replace the cheesy OEM retaining clip. The roller and axle are manufactured of bearing quality carbon/chromium steel and feature needle bearings for ultra smooth rotation. The pushrod seat is carbo-nitrided for extreme durability and the lifter body itself is a high quality, super strong steel billet body, CNC machined for strength and durability. These lifters also carry a lifetime warranty! If the lifter ever fails we replace free of charge!
