The Revolution Performance 1.9 Twin Cam heads are a product of countless hours of physical research and development to produce not only big torque but reliable, broad power delivery. Ports are developed using state of the art Superflow 600 flowbench technology and port flow analysis software as well as real world know how to bring a perfect union of volume and velocity. What does this mean for the customer? BIG torque! Let's face it, the real world is not full of dyno shootouts where mostly unusable high end horsepower is key. All heads are upgraded to one piece severe duty stainless steel 1.900" intake and 1.615" exhaust valves. Valve guides are replaced with bronze manganese units for the utmost in durability and heat dissipation along with Viton rubber valve guide seals. Valve springs are replaced with superior quality chromium silicon units with lightweight Titanium retainers and 10 degree valve locks. This is the bench mark cylinder head for early power delivery and excellent “long haul” durability! You can either send us your heads to be ported (20-2) or we can do a core exchange (1017-603 for black, 1017-606 for silver). |

When you are trying to achieve a specific power or characteristic goal an “off the shelf” cylinder head will not do. All components are replaced with the very best that the valve train industry has to offer. Severe duty 2.00" intake valves along with 1.630" high tulip exhaust valves are installed and heights are blueprinted. OEM valve seats are replaced with high quality cast alloy units. Chromium Silicon valve springs are used for the utmost in stability and reliability as well as light weight Titanium retainers and high performance 10 degree valve locks. Lastly, valve guides are replaced with bronze manganese units for unsurpassed heat dissipation. |
