This kit includes the famous Revolution™ aerospace grade all aluminum cylinders with nickel-silicon-carbide electroplated bores. Also included are our new Revolution Performance pistons and high performance head gaskets. This is a true bolt-on kit and absolutely no machine work is required. Revolution™ cylinders are the only cylinders in the world that carry a lifetime warranty against warping and/or plating defects!

Monster Bore Kits for OEM and Aftermarket Twin Cam Cases!
All require case boring.
When you decide to pull the trigger on a big inch combination for your ’99-Up Twin Cam there are a couple of things to keep in mind. First is that you want it to be reliable and second is that you want it to be a BIG as it can be. Revolution Performance introduces our line of Twin Cam Monster Bore kits for ’99-Up Twin Cam 88 engines! These will also fit TC 96" engines—call us for exact fitment details!
Up to a full 4.250" bore in your OEM or aftermarket cases! The only way we can achieve this is through the use of our proprietary aerospace alloy one piece cylinders and in-house cylinder plating processes. Currently we offer the 99-Up TC 107" kit, the 114" kit for use with your stock crank assembly, the 124" upgrade kit for the 103 Screaming Eagle engines, and the massive 131" assembly for the customer with a BIG appetite for torque. All of these kits were real world beta tested for a full year to insure that we delivered the very best in quality and reliability to our customers. As with all other Revolution Cylinder kits these come complete with cylinders, our new Revolution Performance pistons, wrist pins, circlips and gaskets.
