  1. Where are you located?

Revolution Performance is located in Plymouth,WI; about an hour north of Milwaukee and an hour south of Green Bay. For our local customers, we are located on Pilgrim Road off of Hwy 57 and County PP.

  1. Hours of operation.

Our hours of operation are 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday. If an occasion requires us to accommodate you for a weekend appointment such as dropping of your engine for service work, please contact us directly and we will set up an appointment with you.

  1. What is your turn around time for orders?

At Revolution Performance we strive to do our best to make sure that any service or orders we are providing for you are turned around or shipped in a timely manner so you aren’t waiting on parts. However, sometimes in busy seasons our shipping department can cause small delays in the time it would normally take for us to get your parts to your doorstep.

Parts orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days of placed order and cleared payment. Our machine shop services are quoted at a norm of 7-10 business days in-house for completion. These quoted times do not include the shipping time it takes from our facilities to your door. Sometimes, when machine shop services are backed up it can take us 10-12 business days to complete our services. These times are not guarantees, but rest assured we will always do whatever is in our power to make sure you get your order to you with the least amount of delay possible.

Some ways you can avoid delays in order shipment are:

  1. Provide us with as much information as possible about your order, especially in service work scenarios. The more information we have about the services you need will help us to ensure we finish your order with quality and timeliness.

  2. The most common missed information that hold back our machine shop work is information such as: piston weights for balances; crank service requests (i.e. would you like a basic true/weld/plug procedure or a lighten/balance?), missing contact info such as phone numbers or email addresses where we can reach you with information or inquiries we may have about your order, or an address where you would like us to send your order upon completion.

  3. Payment. At Revolution you are getting a product that we stand behind, and we are very grateful for your business and hope to earn it further whether you are a business or an individual. However, without payment for our work or parts, we cannot ship out orders. The preferred method of payment is through a credit card. We occasionally will ship c.o.d., but it is up to the discretion of our sales and customer service representatives to decide if a shipment will go out as a c.o.d. or a c.o.d./secure which would require a bank or cashier’s check to be accepted. We will accept checks by mail, but orders will not ship until checks are cleared.

  1. Missed Parts, etc.

Our team at Revolution Performance is devoted to assuring quality, satisfaction, and attention to every detail of your order. With that being said, we are also human, and on rare occasions something may slip by us when preparing your order. When you receive your order, we ask that you open and inspect it immediately to check for all your merchandise or parts. An invoice is sent detailing your entire order, and it is put in a plastic invoice envelope on the outside of your package.

Our disclaimer with every order notes that any missed or damaged parts need to be reported to Revolution Performance within two days of delivery. This is enforced to protect us and our customers from any fraudulent claims of missed, damaged, or incorrect parts.

We will do our best to work with you and ensure your satisfaction in the event of any of these rare occurrences. These policies are set in place to keep open communication and honesty between Revolution Performance and our valued customers.
