Sending Parts to us for Machining Work?
Please note the following very important information:

To ensure the most efficient and prompt service we can provide, we highly suggest filling out our Printable PDF order form when sending us any parts or assemblies. Any extra information or requests can be sent along in additional notes along with the PDF.
When packing parts or assemblies, please take note of the following Secure Parcel Shipment Guidelines, or check out our detailed Shipping Podcast for the best visual instructions and information.
  1. Package your parts carefully! Parts with any kind of an oil residue should be sealed inside a tightly closed plastic bag. If you don't have bubble wrap handy, newspapers, cardboard, or strong packing foam make terrific protection. Heads and cylinders are particularly vulnerable due to the fragility of the cooling fins; we highly recommend that you wrap them individually and double box as needed with at least a couple inches of padding separating the boxes.
  2. Our published prices are based on an assumption that parts being sent to us are unmodified and in serviceable condition. If you send us parts that we cannot work with and stand behind our workmanship, we will be forced to decline the job and return the parts at your expense. If you have any questions, please call before shipping your parts.
  3. It is of the utmost importance that you include ALL of the following information on a piece of paper or the PDF form enclosed in the shipment with any parts sent to us. Although our customer service representatives strive to remember as many order details as possible, we do receive many phone calls and inquiries each day. Please help us to make your service as satisfactory as possible by including your name, address, daytime phone number, and method of payment on your note or form as well as any information on the following:
    • Parts enclosed and a notation of any known damage such as broken fins
    • Year, make, and model of the bike that the parts are from
    • A complete list of other modifications to the cycle (include bore and stroke if non-stock)
    • Description of services requested—include part numbers where applicable
    • Return shipping method (ground, 2-day, overnight)
  4. We understand that sometimes our customers are working within a deadline and need a quick turnaround time. On average, our Machine Shop Services take about 7-10 business days during our regular season. During busy seasons, our work may be pushed to a 12-14 day turnaround. Special requests for rushed turnaround time can be made, but is not always guaranteed. We will always do our best to expedite any work while still maintaining quality service.
  5. At Revolution Performance, we take great pride in the quality of our products and services. Should you believe there is a problem of any kind, please call us immediately and we will work with you to maintain our reputation and ensure your satisfaction with our work.
