Any returns are handled on an individual basis through our customer service manager. We will accept unused parts or merchandise and issue a refund only with an RGA number received through our customer service department and returned within 30 days. Dealers will receive an in-house credit on their account. If a part has been installed and found to be defective, we will exchange the item or issue an in-house credit.
Revolution Performance, LLC charges an industry standard 20% restocking fee on returned merchandise.
Any item that is returned and has been found to be used or damaged in attempted installation will be refused. Items that are returned packaged inappropriately or insecurely will also be refused.
Cylinder Head Core Exchange Policy
All cylinder heads sent in for core exchange will be subject to inspection—NO EXCEPTIONS.
Our inspection is necessary to ensure the highest standards on our core products and to assure you the customer that the heads you send in will be matched with a same high quality set in return.
Please plan ahead on your build when sending core exchanges so that your downtime on assembly is as minimal as possible.
All cylinder head exchanges must be returned to Revolution Performance within 30 days of initial purchase to receive full credit. After 30 days the credit will be reduced by 15%. After 60 days the credit will be reduced by 30%. After 90 days, a Revolution Performance customer service representative will need to be contacted to issue a credit.
